Fruit acids
Fruit acids are organic acids which are a natural component in fruit, giving them their characteristic flavor.
We offer the following fruit acids:

- Tartaric acid, E334

- Lactic acid, E270
Industries
In the construction industry, citric acid and tartaric acid may be used as a retardant in plaster or cement-based dry mortars. In the food industry, they are used as flavoring agents, complexing agents, acidifiers, and antioxidants. Applications include: Juices, soft drinks, confectionery, jams, marmalades, jellies, ice cream, desserts, fruit and vegetable canning, baking powder.
