Expanded partnership

With reference to our press release of December 10, 2024, we are pleased to announce the start of the cooperation on March 1. As of March 1, 2025, TER Chemicals GmbH & Co. KG is expanding its sales partnership with the Momentive Performance Materials Group. This cooperation will expand the portfolio of high-performance silicone and performance ingredients for the beauty & personal care market in Europe. Customers in Germany and Austria in particular will benefit from this new partnership.

With the distribution takeover of Momentive’s Beauty and Personal Care portfolio, TER Chemicals expands its range of innovative and high-quality ingredients even further. Particularly noteworthy is the HARMONIE™ line, which includes both advanced silicone technologies and purely natural ingredients - ideal for high-performance and versatile cosmetic products.
